Why Did I Get Charged?

You, or someone in your family, purchased one of our products. If it was you, well… you probably remember doing so. If it wasn’t you, then please ask your son or husband (yes, this happens more often than you might think).

Why Am I Being Charged Again?

We sometimes give you the option to purchase via payment plans. We always let you know beforehand when an upcoming charge is due by email. If this is not working for you - no worries! Contact us and we'll help you figure out the best option

But I See Charges From After The Day I Purchased?

Ok, so it sounds like you opted into a payment plan. We try to be VERY clear about these. But hey, if you didn’t mean to pay your payment plan, then no worries – we’ll get you taken care of – all you’ve got to do is submit a refund, cancellation or payment plan extension request to our support email above!

What Is Your Refund Policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you get your money back, simple as that. And we’ll honor that for 30 days from the original date of your purchase. Simply put, we don’t want your money if you don’t find value in our stuff.

How Does This Work Exactly?

Once you purchase one of our programs, you'll instantly receive an email confirming your purchase and the details to access your content. All our emails have the "Items in Your Order" subject line. Or, just contact us if you still haven't recieved your access yet.
